Ainda sem saber bem porquê, reparei pela manhã que o plug-in flickrRSS estava a dar problemas aqui pela página… Mais ou menos ali na barra do lado. Não estamos mesmo com vontade nenhuma de andar a dar voltas á coisa. Pelo menos não hoje. Deactivate. Assim sendo, já não temos quadradinhos fotográficos ali ao lado….

I don’t speak Portugese, I was wondering what you were commenting on… whether you just couldn’t get it working on the site or if you found a larger problem with the plugin.
Hi there dave. I had the plugin working in the site for almost two months now but today it presented an error on the sidebar. Dont know why. Maybe some cleaning that I was doing on files… As I didnt had the time to look at it today, I’ve just decided to take it out from the sidebar template.
What version are you using? There are three probable causes, one is you using an older version of the plugin (which used fopen to grab files) and your host has banned fopen (it’s kind of insecure, but a lot of people use it), second there’s a conflict with another plugin you installed (that’s due to poor programming on my part, I’ve been meaning to rewrite it for awhile), third flickr may have been down which tends to spit out an error message, i fixed it in the 2.2 version of the plugin (labeled unstable on my site, but it’s really fine). I’ll try to come back here to check for a response (if you want to get it working again), if i forget just drop me a line.
Hi again Dave. Everything is fine when it end’s fine. Working again and now using that local cache settings to store the thumbs… I’m almost certain that it was flickr that may have been down. Now I’m at the office and I dont have the time to do it but as soon as I get home I’ll install 2.2 (as I have 2.1 installed). Thanks for all your concern and support. I’ve really enjoyed and it reminded me of a strange spirit that was around the net in the early 90′s… Keep on with the good work.
